What is Cafora Host?
Cafora Host is a Minecraft hosting provider based in Malaysia. We are starting with a focused product line and building outward from there rather than launching a catalogue of plans we cannot support properly.
What is Minecraft Server?
Malaysia Minecraft Server is the first Cafora product line. It is a Minecraft hosting product hosted in Malaysia, sold in six sizes from 2G to 16G — each running on a node in the Malaysia Minecraft Server product line.
Where is Minecraft Server located?
Malaysia. That is our only region right now — we are starting close to the players we serve instead of claiming a network we do not operate.
Is Cafora only for Minecraft?
Minecraft is our entire focus at the moment. Other products may follow, but we are not announcing anything until it is ready to run.
How do I deploy a server?
Select Deploy Minecraft Server to continue to checkout. Once provisioning completes, your server details are sent to you directly.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. The six sizes are upgrade paths inside the same product line, so you can move up as your world grows. As we add further products, existing customers will be able to move to them.
How long does provisioning take?
Provisioning is typically completed within minutes after checkout. You will receive your server details via email as soon as it is ready — no waiting for manual setup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online bank transfers (FPX), credit and debit cards, and major e-wallets. The full list of supported methods is shown at checkout based on your region.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts — you can cancel your server at any time. You will only be charged for the current billing period and nothing beyond it.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes. Every server includes basic DDoS mitigation as standard. We filter common volumetric and protocol attacks at the network edge before they reach your server.
Does Cafora handle backups for me?
We recommend managing your own world backups for now. Built-in backup scheduling is on our roadmap. In the meantime, you can export your world anytime through FTP or the server console.
Which Minecraft versions are supported?
All modern versions of Minecraft Java Edition are supported, including the latest release. You can switch versions through your server control panel whenever you need to.
Can I install plugins or mods?
Minecraft Server runs Paper, which supports Bukkit and Spigot plugins. If you need Forge or Fabric for modpacks, reach out — we are evaluating modded hosting for a future product line.
How do I access my server files?
You get full FTP and console access. Server details — including address, port, and credentials — are sent to you as soon as provisioning completes.
